If the inspection reveals quality problems, you can choose to receive a refund or an exchange, up to the amount you paid, minus tax and shipping costs. Please note that extensions that have undergone chemical changes, such as lightening, are not covered by this guarantee, unless there is irrefutable evidence of a manufacturing defect. Chemical treatment and improper hair care as well as products containing protein can significantly affect the integrity of the hair, cuticle, moisture levels and more.

With proper care and maintenance, Sensory value hair extensions typically have a lifespan of 12+ months, depending on the extent of color processing. The lightest colors are highly processed and can result in a shorter lifespan of 6 to 9 months. Our production team grades the hair to last for 2-3 years, but we don't want to mislead you but instead provide more realistic expectations.
