SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are stated at checkout and when you order your products. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for providing the correct address to which the product should be sent.

LOST PARCELS
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Nor for damage caused in transit. Please contact the shipping company.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Packages that are not picked up on time will be returned to us. The products will be refunded but an administration fee of SEK 289 will be charged.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our goal is to get your products to you in record time, 3-5 business days, but actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.


HAIR INSERTION

Please note that the insertion must be done in a professional manner and that you are responsible for the extension being carried out by a professional. We are not responsible for damages related to an incorrect insertion.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns after 15 days from receipt of the goods.

Please note that opened packages and broken seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping and the return cost/administration fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that you cannot cancel your order. Most things are automated and packed directly when an order is placed.

We are not responsible for any lost returns caused by the post. Nor any damage caused by transportation. Please contact the shipping company.

If your return is accepted, we will refund the money shortly. Please note that the insertion/products must be done by a professional hairdresser/extensions stylist.

We are not responsible for any errors and the hair cannot be claimed in case of broken packaging.

Sale items are not returnable.

RETURN PROCESS

To start your return process, you should:

  1. Email us at info@sensoryvalue.com. Write to us RETURN at the top of the email and indicate
    • Full name and surname
    • Order number
    • E-mail address
    • Telephone number
    • Product info
    • Address
  2. Reason for return. E.g. wrong model, wrong color, length, and what to return.
  3. Pack your goods securely with your order number and receipt.
  4. We will email you a return slip that you put on the package. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the return cost. The return cost of SEK 149 is deducted from your refund.

 

REIMBURSEMENT

Sensory will process your case within about 7 days after the product has been received and reviewed by our team.

Refunds are made with the same payment method used for purchase. Refunds of approved returns then take about 1-5 banking days.
